Katarzyna Cichy is a jewelry brand, with sustainable and circular production practices as its founding elements. Through jewelry and the talisman, Katarzyna Cichy sculpts pieces that serve as sacred objects and vessels, that can encapsulate dear memories of times past, landscapes traversed, both imaginary and real, becoming shelters for exchanges and relics of the future. The jewels are intimate and inspire introspection, accompanying the wearer through their everyday. All moments are fleeting and impermanent, yet jewelry creates a semi- permanence to hold onto, that may introduce the wearer to something larger and more eternal, continuing to exist beyond this lifetime. Coming into being from metals that have lived before and that can be recycled in the future. Precious stones are carefully sourced and selected, creating light and illuminating the metals that protect them. Stones that have formed long ago, holding fragments of the history of the earth, the cosmos, of humanity within their facets. Each form is composed of personal recollections, colors seen and emotions felt. Inspired by the land and the sea, keeping a trace of encountered environments within every shape. Every jewel integrates into the wearers personal narrative, accompanying their adventures, dialogues and dreams. Our pieces are hand sculpted and made to measure in sterling silver and vermeil in our Paris atelier, all elements of our production are local and traceable, while passing through the hands of the finest artisans.
