Amy Cottee set up Aimos in London in 2012. Her pieces have the look of metal caught mid-melt: soft, irregular shapes that are never quite symmetrical. A lot of her rings and pendants have a twist running through them. She often sets them with pink or pink-toned stones, which sounds sweet on paper, but against the molten metal it comes across as something tougher and more interesting.
