Bohemian Rings

Bohemian rings are shaped by hand rather than by rule. Surfaces are hammered, carved or left softly uneven, and stones are chosen for their colour and character more than for their uniformity.

The designers in this collection work mostly in solid yellow gold. Some draw on folk and celestial motifs: eyes, suns, serpents and stars. Others let the metal itself lead, with organic, wavy forms that look found rather than made.
