Every payment on Finematter goes through a secure checkout, whichever studio your piece comes from. You can pay by card or PayPal, spread the cost in instalments, or use Finematter credit and gift cards.
How payments work
01. Secure checkout
All payments are processed through an encrypted checkout. Your card details are never shared with the designer or stored by Finematter.
02. Credit and debit cards
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is taken when your order is confirmed.
03. PayPal
Choose PayPal at checkout to complete your payment on PayPal’s site. You’ll then return to Finematter to finish your order.
04. Pay in instalments
Eligible customers can spread the cost over 3, 6 or 12 months with PayPal or Shop Pay. The options available depend on your location. Any finance agreement is held directly between you and the payment provider.
05. Gift cards and Finematter credit
Gift cards can be redeemed at checkout. Finematter credit, including credit from a return, is held in your account and can be applied to your basket when you’re signed in.
06. Pay in your currency
Prices are shown and charged in your local currency, based on your delivery location. You can change your location from the menu at any time.
07. Payment verification
For your protection, every payment goes through security checks. If we need anything further to verify your order, we’ll contact you before processing it.
