Holidays and the perfect Christmas gifts

“I'm probably spending less on gifting than some of my clients do to be honest.

“But I'm gifting to my family, versus a partner or significant others, so the price points are probably a little bit different.

“However, Coins are such a special gift for everyone.

“I’ve gifted Coins to friends and I see a lot of our clients doing the same.

“Coins are so personal, they have meanings and historical origins. People are emotionally tied to our Coins, which is amazing.

“The holidays are such a special time to pick out something for someone else. We see a lot of Coins being gifted over the holidays, they mean so much to people, and it’s so personal.”

“The Greek pattern necklace! It's my favourite piece. I love it. I think I'm going to gift it to myself. It's me in a necklace, so that's what I want.”

“I'm such a ring person. When I first started, I only wanted to design rings, I didn’t want to design a necklace or earrings. Nothing. I just wanted to make rings. I still really struggle with anything that's not a ring, because I get so excited about rings.

“I would definitely want a ring or a stone that I can then make a ring out of. 

“I fall in love with stones, and I want them all to be in rings. I would love that, just buy me a stone, and then I’ll do the rest.

“I definitely like stones that are already cut that I can fall in love with. I’m always on the hunt for stones, I just love stones. Gemstones are where I start when designing.  

“I’m obsessed with emeralds. I fall more and more in love with emeralds every year. 

“But I've been loving sapphires too recently. Ceylon sapphires, light, watery blue sapphires are really up there for me these days.

“I would love to receive either an emerald or a sapphire. A big one preferably.”

“The holidays mean family. It’s so nice because it’s the one time of year when no one is working. Everyone's off, really in the moment with their friends and family and loved ones. I value that so much. And I value the uninterrupted time. I love the holidays for that reason.  

“I used to always go to Colorado to see my family. We're either with my husband's family or my family. But I think we are going to start a tradition of travelling right after Christmas, and go on a bigger trip, because everyone is totally off, no one else is working. We’re going to start taking a bit more intentional time, make the most of the opportunity.

“Maybe travel for two weeks. That would be so reinvigorating and nourishing. We have to recenter and gather up all our energy, so I’m glad a lot of us have that time off. “
